Kids Classes

Children's lessons are given in a structured class setting to increase the individual attention. All children up to age 14 are welcome to attend any kids class, and your child may attend multiple classes per day at no extra cost.

Competitions

We strongly recommend that your child participate in the local fighting events because it will give them a chance to test their skill and build their confidence under pressure.

All training requires a sports cup and a mouthpiece for safety.
